A Villa in Búzios That Feels Like Home

From the deck you can see almost the whole peninsula: Geribá, Tucuns, Ferradura, Manguinhos and Rasa, the lagoon behind them, and the open Atlantic. Geribá and Ferradurinha are a short walk down the hill. The house was built in the spirit of indoor-outdoor living, and it welcomes families and friends to relax and entertain in comfort. We rent the villa to one group at a time, so the pool, the deck and the kitchen are yours for the whole stay.

How many people does Casalita sleep?

Casalita sleeps 10 guests in 4 suites, with 3.5 bathrooms. The two upstairs suites have their own bathrooms. The two downstairs rooms share one. There is a half bathroom by the game room. The whole house is yours. We host one group at a time.

How far are the beaches from the house?

Ferradurinha beach is 8 minutes on foot. Geribá beach is 13 minutes on foot. Ferradura beach is 4 minutes by car. Rua das Pedras, the main street in town, is 6 minutes by car.

What are the house rules I should know before booking?

Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is by 11 am. Someone is on site to let you in at any hour. One pet is welcome if approved when you book. Casalita is a quiet home, not a party house. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

What makes Casalita different from other villas in Búzios?

Most villas in Búzios are either close to the restaurants or close to the best beaches. Casalita is a short walk from both Ferradurinha and Geribá, and it still has its own pool, sauna and game room, so there is a reason to stay home for the day too. We rent the villa to one group at a time, and our family hosts it.
